As a Wilmington native, Bradley has deep roots in the community running back several generations.
Needless to say, this affords him tremendous local market knowledge.
After graduating college at UNCW, he was an account manager for (5) years
before obtaining his real estate license in 2013. Bradley was fortunate to
join a young, growing property management firm in Wilmington. Under his
leadership and direction, the firm grew immensely in just a few short years.
Sensing the timing was right, he decided to strike out on his own. Bradley
is very active in NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers)
and is the acting vice president of the property management division at the
Cape Fear Association of Realtors at the time of this writing. He is a board
member on his HOA and a leadership Wilmington graduate with the chamber of
commerce. He is also absolutely 100% fluent in Spanish, and always seeks
opportunities to engage with the Latino community, building relationships
and keeping the passion alive. Bradley is happily married with (3) young
boys. He hopes at least one of them can be persuaded to carry on the
family business in time. They reside in Wilmington near Monkey Junction.
