  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: In most cases, no. However, with a non-refundable fee, we may do so under certain circumstances.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: In most cases we require that the first month’s rent (or prorated rent - depending on the move in date) be paid in addition to the security deposit prior to move-in.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: We require that all residents over the age of 18 apply.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: If you do not have established credit and are a student you will need a cosigner/guarantee.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Please log in to your portal through the tenant resources page.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Contact us first to make sure that the homeowner approves. If so, we will require a non-refundable pet fee be paid.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: We will need notification - IN WRITING - no less than (2) full months in advance.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: It is the homeowners responsibility to pay for maintenance and repairs unless the residents are at fault, causing the damage by misuse or neglect.
