If this is an urgent repair that requires immediate attention such as lack of heat, potable water source, or anything that could potentially cause harm to your life or the property (such as an active water leak) please call (910) 795-4215.
Damage caused by negligence or misuse is a Resident responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Common examples include plumbing clogs and damaged garbage disposals. When damages such as these are caused by Resident negligence, those charges will be billed to the Resident.
Please understand that unless special arrangements have been made, a resident 18 years old or older will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property in order to complete the repairs. Missed appointments and call backs may be billed to the Resident. If an appointment is made the vendor comes to repair the issue and is not able to access the property because no one is home to let them in; this may incur a call back or trip charge to the Resident who missed the appointment.
